Just came in from 90 minutes of vigorous skating. With the heat index up to 105 today, I've only sweat more once in my life...nuuur, that was a great day Anyway, the exercise is going well, every time I trudge back toward the house exhausted I feel like I must have lost 10lbs, or at least I better have! All that work for what will probably end up being 2lbs a week...mutherfucker. Well I didn't gain much since I have been off my diet so I'm at a good starting point; and I'm sure when I kick that back into gear the 1-2 punch will kick just as much ass as before (or I guess BURN as much ass as before)
