Pretty girls got naked and people in general were both funny and douchey.

So, I'm making the chuppa for my wedding this October and I'd like to make something that is both meaningful and something I can display later. So I'd like to ask any of my friends, far and wide, to donate some fabric from something meaningful or to decorate a 6inch by 6inch square of fabric however you want. Maybe a well wish? or a little...

I get up this morning. Go to the bathroom.

There are three little spots of blood in the tub. two feathers.

I search around the bathroom for a half mauled bird corpse. Cats must have brought something in.

No body. Weird. Two of the cats are looking in the linen closet. A lot. My box of vitamins is on the ground.

There, behind the pine-sol...

Hey!
Not sure how I got here, but I'm back. My account got reinstated. I'll probably stay on until it runs out. How's S.A. treating you?

I hate having the "money talk".

Dave is living here a good 6 days a week now. he calls this "home"

People ask where he lives? he responds "right near Fredricksburg Rd and Zarzamora. By the big HEB right there" and no longer "I live in Shertz, off FM 3009"

We were pulling into the driveway saturday night. We'd been joking that "ok, lets just...

You're in a committed relationship. As a guy, I'm telling you that you're doing exactly what you need to. It's an important subject that needs to be worked out and talked out. I'd be cool with the money talk if it was me hearing it.

I think you are dead on. This is a conversation you need to have and both buy into before you get married - it's a partnership, not a parent/child.

The only thing I'd say is to ensure that you're encouraging him to be a part of the process - have him put together something and compare, etc. How can you plan the future if you don't have a roadmap of where you are right now?

Hey...lets talk about my baby maker!!!

SPOILERS! (Click to view)

Had a great talk with a naturopath who confirmed almost everything I'd been reading about getting my body into babymaking shape. Weight loss would be the best thing plus, when I do get all preggers, I wont be at such a high risk. Again, duh. I got a hefty list of suppliments to take to...

My friend Jake and I would often talk about when you buy a lottery ticket, what you're really buying is that one day, two days or whatever where you really get to play 'What if". Its a chance at a plausible fantasy.

Last night, a two pack E.P.T. was my lottery ticket.

I've had some strange body and behavior changes going on that closely mirrored...

datsun put it very well. It can be a harrowing thing to not be alone anymore, even after wanting it. You aren't alone anymore, though, and that is a good thing.
toothpickmoe:
Indeed. Took me a while to get used to the fact that I couldn't just curl up into a ball and hide when I wanted to. Sharing your life with someone is a constant learning experience if you're doing it right. wink
