Next Tuesday I get the breathalyzer removed from my truck WHILE I take a bartender server course for the state of Oregon. LOL!
I'm a huge Seahawks fan and they play tonight. Yay! So I think I'm going to make chorizo cheddar stuffed bacon wrapped jalapeno peppers dipped in habanero salsa for the game. What do you think? I think it sounds amazing but will hurt like hell tomorrow morning. (Not a great way to promote food I guess. Sorry.)

I just made habanero salsa from scratch. Wow it's hot. Going to put together homemade chorizo next and let it sit overnight. Then I'm going to mix the chorizo with ground beef, and have chorizo burgers with pepper jack cheese, habanero salsa, sour cream, lettuce, and onion during the Seahawks game tomorrow.
