I shouldn't be awake, but that's a moot point.
It's been a panicky sort of day. I think everything's ok. I was pretty sure everything was ok before but I'm totally paranoid. Anyway.
I'm working on some "lifestyle changes." And I don't mean lifestyle like "Mom! Dad! I'm gay" lifestyle.
Little, trite, trivial, "one drop in the ocean" changes.
Like giving money/gift certificates to the homeless vet I see on 35 all the time.
Still no sex (no no, it's a good thing).
Stop drinking*
Cutting out unnecessary chemicals from my daily activities as best I can. Such as laureth sulfates in shampoos, bleaches in pads and the like, crappy fast food crap (believe me, this is the worst one for me), caffeine.
Adding in stuff I know I'm not getting. Vitamins, more sunlight (yay Vitamin D!), more pickles, more water.
Clap your hands and say "Yeah!" for dirty hippiage.
