Just got home from the ER after my mom had a fainting thingy after Easter dinner. They're keeping her overnight for observation, but think that it was just dehydration coupled with her possibly having a stomach bug, plus some wine at dinner. The meal was awesome, right up until the ambulance arrived. I would like to leave that part out of next year's dinner. frown

I'm so sick of worrying about money. I'm ruining this beautiful, sunny weekend by freaking out every 10 minutes about paying taxes, making all of the bills on time, and my stupid credit card increasing the APR, like every other stupid credit card company is doing. This economy can fucking die in a fire.

If you had 17 egg whites and didn't own one of those angel food cake tube pans, what would you do with them? Can you make angel food cake in a different pan, or does it have to be the tube pan? What else can you do with egg whites?

Go see Watchmen. It's awesome. And if possible, see it in an HD theater with leather reclining seats and table service. And make sure you pee before the movie, since it's really long.

well, if one's wife forgets to bring her ID, they won't let you sit in the theater with leather seats and cheese plates and waiters that charge 16% gratuity. With no ID, you must sit among the philistines in the "stadium".

Both of my yoga instructors think I would be a good yoga instructor. The registrar at my job thinks I would do well in the registrar field. Since I'm directionless and clueless when it comes to picking a career, maybe I should just let someone else choose for me.

Things have been very slow here business wise. I glad that we have been able to make it through our first winter. We'll never have to say that again. I'll post some pics of the shop. I don't know if you've see it. It came out beautifully. I have to laugh, though. From Coffee to Full Bar. Who'd a though.
