Anyone ever had low iron? Weird post I know. But I am always tired, have almost constant nausea, sometimes I lose my appetite altogether. Get leg cramps sometimes. I have a horrible diet, and according to my research taking antacids can reduce iron absorbtion and reduce iron, which I take almost daily to help with the nausea, but it doesnt.
