WHEW!
I just took some tips from this really awesome new workout I saw online. Going to a gym is too expensive these days when I usually just walk around looking at the machines and weights anyway. Having a membership somewhere doesn't make me any more motivated to workout, because then I not only have to motivate myself to workout, I also add the additional step of motivating myself to get in my car and drive there. So to avoid all that mess I just stay home until I get the sudden urge to work this bod and jump up and start.
ANYWHO though, I am going to be feeling this in the morning. It's adding drumming movements into all of your basic exercises. So you're making music while doing it to keep your mind off the pain, essentially. However, I don't have the 1lb drum sticks that go with the workout so I used 3.3 lb (who even makes weights at that amount and how did I manage the only kind like that?) weights instead. My arms are about to fall off. But that's why I do it.

Air drumming with weights? Awesome.
I don't have any problem once I'm at the gym. But driving there is annoying. I wish I had a teleporter.
