3 day weekend. working on some comics design as its really too cold to go out. rented My Name is Earl and Pirates of the caribbean 2. my name is earl was great, but pirates, aside from depp's shenanigans was hollow and flat. the effects, while competent, are uninspired to me. oh well.

I would laugh at you about the ipod, except that I probably wouldn't even have one if my mom hadn't bought it for me as a birthday present. Once I got it, though, I was really glad to have one.

I think after 30 you do tend to pile on all these expectations about where you should be and where you want to be and where your friends are. It sucks! If you can find some contentment in all of that you are doing well.
