OK, quick update. Currently in Baltimore going through a rather intensive course in prehospital and trauma medicine; and I got to experience, among other things, what residents and interns go through as far as a work day is concerned. Wow, that first 30 hour shift kicked my butt, hard. I don't know how they do it, over and over again.
