ZOMG! The BETA page finally went live! This means that my user picture FINALLY updated as well. That deserves a happy dance!

You know what doesn't deserve a happy dance? The fact that my roommate is staying at her mom's for the next week because she had her gallbladder removed, and left me to clean/pack ALL of her dishes. Now, I figured I would be...

Well, it's Sunday. And, if you remember from my previous entry, what did I promise I would do on Sunday?

Update!

1. So, my parents are home and I'm back home sitting on my couch, waiting to go to sleep in my own bed. Taking care of their dog is exhasting because he is almost one year old and still full of energy. He was...

Good luck with your trial at veganism. smile Setting yourself challenges is good; preparing is a good idea too.

Out of luck with the camera... shit happens. Back to 35mm then.

I would like a couple of cats but will have to wait a while until I move somewhere were I can have them. Those pics are about 13 years old - a former landlord's kittens; but I've only recently begun scanning them, & other old photo's onto my computer. Kittens are endless fun - spent ages photographing them.
What you said about the dog falling again instead going for his walk reminded me a bit of our dog when I lived at home. I would take her for walks across the fields and if she considered that she had gone far enough I would look around and she would be heading home on her own biggrin

The wait is over smile

That's good stuff on the work front, I've spent my whole working life doing stuff other than that I qualified in so that's par for the course really, if you're adaptable you'll get lots more Lush and Hermes and maybe more.

Just enjoy the luvvie-duvvieness, there isn't always a sub-plot wink

I'm currently house-sitting/dogsitting for my parents right now, so I can't get on here very much (it's the 15 year old brother factor).

Expect an update from me on Sunday.

1. I'm so confused. I updated my user picture, but on the Beta SG site, it shows my old picture! I guess this is a bug that'll work itself out. *sighs* Too bad, because my hair is smoking in the new picture.

2. Long weekend! So far, I've spent the day getting my car washed, getting grocceries, and doing minor cleaning around the apartment....

(cross posted from my livejournal because I'm lazy motherfucker)

The past few days have been interesting and a bit upsetting.

1. I finally finished this semester, even though I had to stay up until 4:00 in the morning to get it done. It was an incredible high to hand in that last project to know that not only was the semester over, but the program...

This week, I have exams and need to builda scale model of my project house. I think once I finish my finals (which'll be Tuesday, which isn't bad at all), it'll go by smoothly. Technically, I've already built the house once already, so it shouldn't be too bad. I just have to lay off the WoW this week eeek tongue

I'm watching hockey tonight, because there isn't...

The Pavillion was amazing. I had a quite nice time there.

The stadium's pretty open, and it isn't the first siting of one during a game at Highbury. That stadium will host its last match within the month, sadly, it is being closed after 93 years.

Congratulations!!!

I'm back, my darlings!

I'm sure you're all wondering about the Queen concert on Thursday. Well, let me tell you, it was the best concert I've ever been to!

When we got to the arena (the Pacific Colliseum), we had to pick up our tickets from the Will Call because Roger Taylor had set aside tickets from us. At this point, we had no idea...

No pictures yet. Instead, I discovered World of Warcraft and have been occupying my time with that. wink

The job interview went really well. I think there is a good chance I'll get the job because:
1. They asked me what I wanted to get paid. I had to get them to give me an idea of what would be appropriate because I had no idea....

UPDATE TIME!

Firstly, to clear up any confusion, I did go grey for a bit yesterday, but that was because my gift account ran out. Appparently, you can't stick in a credit card number to pay for a membership until the gift time expires. I promptly came back, so you don't need to worry.

The presentation boards for my house project were handed in today....
