Things seem to have settled down now, and am looking forward to the chance to see how things develop, unencumbered by the constant worry that things will somehow fall apart while I'm not looking.
So yeah, life is good.

It's awful, I've always managed to avoid falling outright but not this time. There wasn't anything I could grab onto to stop myself falling so I ended up doing some weird twist thing to stop the worst of it. Apparently it was some kind of epic matrix like move 
Better doing that than landing face first and cracking my head open I guess.
I couldn't stand up afterwards either because it was a thick layer of clear ice. I ended up having to kind of slide across the sidewalk so I could stand up on the road - surprisingly I didn't get at all dirty

They were always more interesting than all of the so-called pretty popular people. And I was insecure myself, so it made me feel safe having someone to talk to and sit with. I just don't understand people sometimes. Life is not forever. And who gives a shit what you look like. All that matters is how you care for the people around you.
