Thanks for the advice. A personal trainer buddy of mine is a big fan of that system as well. Since other prior attempts at just being diligent haven't exactly proven to be enough, I probably will look into it.
What martial art disciplines do you fight? Do the freemasons have some kind of weapon-based fighting system? I was trying to figure it out from your prior journals.
