It sucks arse that when you get older you have to show more restraint in order to keep the waist line in check. 4 years ago, 84kg, fighting fit (literally) last week, 100kg and puking halfway through a pump class.

I figure if Hugh Jackman can get inshape, then I sure as hell have to be able too. I am 7 years tounger so it shouldn't be a problem.
