marinated and grilled lamb kebabs with fresh mint tzatziki...homemade falafel, grilled flatbread....hummus and baba ganouj, both drizzled with a young virgin olive oil....garden fresh Greek salad with a lemon-oregano vinaigrette...roasted red pepper, asparagus, and goat cheese salad, drizzled with a balsalmic reduction.....plenty of Uzo...and Greek chicks...4...super smart...super hot...Greek chicks.

grilled asparagus with caramelized red onions, goat cheese, and balsamic reduction...butterflied mesquite grilled chicken, smothered with lemon, garlic, rosemary, and thyme...grilled and chilled lemon zest potatoes...arugula salad with candied walnuts, fuji apples, and Point Reyes blue...a half-case of Cloudy Bay...a magnum of J...the Sonoma County sunset...and a bunch of familiar faces, all full of red cheeks and smiles...

training's good... I just did what comes up as the number one search for the '300 workout.' It's a gym jones inspired right of passage (on my friend Josh's site). What's even better is that I beat the time of all of them except for one... who ironically is the leader of the army that gets defeated.
