i really wish I could come to your birthday party.

all I did most of the day is try to organize stuff, I really hate moving, it takes for ever to make a place look livable.

What is Trader joe's?

I can't wait for the party. I hope to hell I'm feeling better, cause I'm still feeling a bit off! Yeah, we're hoping to get there early and help out/chill out. We're stressing (only slightly) about what to wear. Karen's definitely stressing more than me. I'm thinking of getting a t-shirt and some glue-on rhinestones and making something for the event. For me that is.

You know, I've never been to Trader Joe's. Maybe we should try it out.

Gods I had so much fun. You have such a great house, and we really appreciate you letting us crash there.

I've got the necklace knotted and the earrings made. I'll take pics so you can see them before I send the package off. You were definitely right about the earrings, they look great just as you said they would. My headpins fit just barely, the ones I got from Fire Mountain, so they're obviously thinner gauge.

We got home with no problems about 6:00 and, irony of ironies (after discussing what some people will claim when they lose food to power outages) our fridge and freezer went on the blink while we were gone. We didn't lose much stuff, but there was sure a lot of water on the floor from the melting ice. Now we have a couple of borrowed dorm-sized fridges scattered about with our food in them. We have a contract with Sears, but they won't be out until next Monday to fix it. Grrrr! Oh well.

I miss you already and wished we could have stayed longer (though just as well we didn't as it turns out). I need to get the pics ready for posting and update soon.

My man is the sweetest, and my kids at school threw me a surprise party that was a lot of fun. See how sweet my man is... he came and took pictures! I love him so much.

I think you should keep him, he looks like a sweet puppy, you know its going to take time for him to get use to you and for you to get use to him.

But you have got to do what is best for you and the puppy.

I'm with LeReve. I think Spike would be a good barometer as to how comfortable a new addition will be in your house.
