Oh I know that feeling SO well... I'm alays telling myself to stop eating the junk food, get my ass to the gym, hell I've even started smoking again :S
There are only two tricks I know that help you get back into gear (neither of which I have elected to make use of though...:blush First: find someone to help/join in. That way you motivate each other. Secondly, as the Nike slogan goes: Just Do It. The first step is always the hardest. Once you get the momentum going it just keeps getting easier.
