Another follow-up on Witcher 2. For some reason, the Steam updater stopped patching it after patch 1.2 (so missed 1.3, 1.35, and 2). It was downloading them into a patch folder, but never applying. That's where the tutorial and free DLC were located. Definitely helped a bit, though the tutorial was bugged and wouldn't let me progress beyond a certain point in the combat portion.
