Right now I am trying my first ever pin curl set. It's far from perfect but I'm excited to play with it when it dries.

A few weeks back I did a session for an engraving relief artist friend James Ehlers. I call it Sitting Hillbilly. Which is the theme, but the finished engraving print will entail a whole scene. Photography & editing by...

First off 'Sitting Hillbilly' kicks ass! Hope you get to a dentist quick and they can patch you up ASAP. As you've said you've admitted you had a self confidence problem. Now it's up to you to fight back against that and start rebuilding it. And if it helps know that you are a beautiful woman. @};-

First part of the blog, exciting hot stuff. Except the tooth, makes me queasy to think about teeth and dentists. Not about me, mind you. About other people.

Regarding the second part of the blog. i know what you mean. Just over a year ago I started having panic attacks. In hindsight, these anxiety problems had been slowly and quietly building beneath the surface for years, just waiting for me to get enough out of my comfort zone.

It's better now, but for awhile there it was really rough. It was a major exercise in self control and in acting how I wanted to act, instead of behaving the way I felt. The thing is, after some time, you feel how you act. In a way these panic attacks were a good thing, because they forced me to do some serious soul searching and to become the person I wanted to be. To man, up basically.

You seem like a tough lady, just keep busy, do things that make you happy, hang around people that inspire you and always try to be the person you want to be. I'm sure you'll be fine.kisskisskiss

I hide from the sun. but sounds adventurous if nothing else. I slept till 8pm on the forth then went to a rooftop BBQ just a few floors away on a roof. 360 view of fire works and jello wrestleing and magic tea and joints. it was relaxing and nice.... wait no the jello wrestling happened night before but you know.... same few days.

Since my last post I've already helped another blind person who was going a bit off path with the sidewalk. I was walking with a friend and coworker to work and she ambled right on by without a second look and had to stop and wait for me while I helped this man. After which she commented something along the lines of they have to...

I love that slipper picture. I think I wonder NYC pondering items I see and the story attached to them and why they are left alone to rot or be picked up by someone.

Isn't everyone in NYC a model or a photographer in some way? You should probably meet my friend Jaycee as he seems to be one of the best photographers in NYC. Also he is fabulous and wonder where all his unicorns and glitter come from.

I'm deducting 1 point from Humanity because a full train station were watching and waiting for a blind man to fall down a steep set of stairs.

BUT FEAR NOT!! He and I walked arm in arm to his destination train; unscathed.

Shame on you New Yorkers. I can't fault you for being jaded or taking pleasure in other peoples misery.. but you do not...

Terrible. I was at the pool yesterday and some old lady dropped her keys as she was leaving. It was obvious she couldn't bend down to pick them up, but all ppl did was watch her struggle. I got out of the pool and handed her her keys. The smile and thanks she gave me seriously made my day. People sometimes suck.
