So... I passed Pharmacology! It just feels like a minor Christmas miracle.

The grades for Physiology won't be up until the first week in January, maybe nowI can relax a tad bit.

Three exams down, two papers left....

One more week. Then a much cherished break from all this stress. Half of my days are spent with a dull ache right behind my eyeballs and they don't even sell Naproxen up here.

Seriously, I need a Sauna on Lake Superior like nothing I've ever needed before!

So today's class had a presentation on restraints; as in, the legalities and ethics of using them.... you have NO IDEA the restraint I used in keeping my damn mouth shut throughout!!

I'm almost proud of my new found "maturity"

Finals may yet be the death of me.

My little brain may not be able to hold any more [it's done filled-up] trying to pour in more learning may just cause my sulci to pinch closed! No one benefits from that.

Saturday night, and I'm in the McGill library with a hideously droll physiology text under my nose. Even the two foreign med students three tables over have the cultural insight to see me as lame.

All anatomy is gross.

A chilly, rainy Montreal just makes me want to sleep. But there is too much school work for that. Maybe I can just bring my laptop into bed with me. My big comfy bed with a purrring kitty at my feet.

Yes, I do think that is a great iiiiiiiiiiddddddeeeeeeeaaaaaaa...

There is a girl in my class who looks exactly like the Borg Queen from Star Trek : First Contact. She even has the same waxy complexion and creepy accent. Every time I see her I can't help but wonder what she'd look like in steam-punk regalia, replete with black leather and metal tubing.
