Cool thing: ran for 3.14 miles without stopping, averaging 9:54 with a best mile of 9:45. Not my best mile, but holy crap did I turn on the endurance today!
Crappy thing: shortly thereafter I got hit by a car on my bike while I was on my way to class. Legs seem pretty okay, but it seems I've sprained the area...
