PROVIDENCE -- Former U.S. Sen. Lincoln Chafee Thursday morning stood by his comments that Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin is a "cocky whacko" and "dangerous for the country." Is the strategy determined by which bin each player chooses at the beginning of his/her turn? I remember reading about how to make one of these when I was a kid, but I never played it.
