I dont think I ate anything normal today, like a meal lol I snacked all day on chocolate, cashews, water, taco salad and grapefruit.

a handful of nut isnt bad for you and the taco salad either bcuz all it was,was lean beef,lettuce,tomato,and shredded cheese so besides the chocolate I dont feel guilty at all lol smile
