Haha. Basically you just have to practice doing handstands to improve your balance, and once you're ready, just kick your legs toward the ceiling while slightly pushing off with your hand. The rest of it is stuff I learned back in high school. In my opinion, this wasn't that great of a video because I haven't been practicing lately. :P

looked pretty great to me, TM3363!  at age 71, i'd fall into several pieces if i tried anything like that.  come to think of it, i'd have fallen into several pieces when i was YOUR age!  :)
