I am in the processes of moving all my old roommates shit out onto the curb... he has left it here for almost a month... Im done playing nice. I just hope he doesn't decided to take it out on my car or my house... cuz that would be fucking awesome.

This may be a strange suggestion, but how about showing him "the right way", with a good example from your side. If you could pack some of his stuff, as far as possible and take it to his new place and tell him, that he needs to take care of the rest himself. Maybe this act will get him thinking, maybe even embarass him a bit too.
