aaaah...mind fucking...i've been at the receiving end of that bullshit...feels good, doesn't it?!? i don't know if i have any really 'good' advice 'cause it took me a full 3 years to let go of that shit, but i do know know there's no way around it...it really just takes time...and even when you have a distraction, it'll be the first thing you think of in the morning and the last thing you think of at night...you have to feel the process of letting go, but never ever let it consume you, that's when it gets unhealthy...pain is just part of the journey, it can destroy us or it can tame us, but only we can control which...good luck, hun xo
Get involved... Surround yourself with cool people. Stay active, forge new relationships, and strengthen the ones you have with friends and family. Take a weekend trip, read a good book, have a drink...or a few , do things that you always wondered about doing. I guess what I'm trying to say is renew your life... You can get lost in renewal, but trust that you'll come out "found"...
