Wow, those are really beautiful. As much as I hate winter, I do have to agree that snow can be astoundingly beautiful and does have some good points. If you tell anyone I said that though I'll have to kill you.
damn, i miss the swedish snow. i know most people think that's nuts, but when you grow up ina country where it just doesn't snow, ever, you see snow a little differently. anyways. three weeks left in scotland and then i'm back there. i really can't wait, as cool as it is visiting scotland - i'd never want to live here again.
good luck with the apartment. living alone for teh first tiem is an odd feeling, but after a few days, or weeks, you realise all the many benefits there are, and you grow to love it!
Those pictures are so pretty... I was so mad that I went to that Black Hearts Party last week during the storm but forgot my camera. I was in Philly most of the next day and there were so many great snowed-in-city shots I missed.
You are going to LOVE living on your own. Before I moved in with someone, I had the pleasure of living in my apartment alone for a year and a half... and it was one of the best experiences of my life (so far).
I want to go! When? You have to come to the shore with us too. When is your trip again?
