Spend time with someone who makes you laugh. Then go for a walk. Then read a book. Cliché, I know. But sometimes celebrating the small things that you are able to do in your precious (and limited) spare time will make your week seem less daunting.
This is probably obvious, but I find listening to really good music helps a lot. Also a nice joint. And maybe a relaxing place outdoors- that helps more than anything. It makes me feel a lot better!! Hope things start to look up
I listen to angry music, run, complain in places where i think people i know wont really read, and then do something completely outrageous because i t helps to let go of all the bullshit.
