sabine:
that sucks mad
cait:
oh no! I'm sorry frown
ara:
I know how you feel. Bastards... mad
wrigley:
yay! and wedding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we can have a hotel party as our reception.
_sarah_:
They could have at least dropped by first to ask if we could keep it down. mad
evanx:
Oh man...that bites...
osoesoteric:
No good... neighbors that just complain to higher ups instead of confronting the problem are just asses... you should always try and talk to people first...
nopantsdave:
Shit....sorry we got you in trouble.
willdabeast:
yes, they really should have said something! good thing they just complained to the management and didn't call the police.
last thing you needed was an under age drinking bust. eeek
syh:
Oops... blackeyed

Well, this also means I need to step up my plans for getting a warehouse. Loud party in an industrial area = so what? biggrin
sabine:
it's ok, justin said we could have it there. so that means either pissing corey off or waiting till after she's gone. *shrug* it's his house too and if she can have parties he should be able to as well..
oninotaki:
Sorry dude, its most likely my fault. Whenever people complain about noise its almost always me that they are talking to.
speedphreak:
I loved the pants Saturday night, they reminded me of some of the freefly pants I've seen for skydiving.

Nice.
unique3:
that sucks. that's the reason I cant have parties at my apartment...i just KNOW the neighbors would complain!!
mikael:
nastynasties. It's so unfortunate that people can't be civil anymore.
spunkrockj:
Sadly, our cameras don't match. If we put them together, they wouldn't have babies.
I have a digital significantly less impressive than the D100, although I would consider doing bad things to get one. I have the Coolpix 4300, the kiddie camera. smile
Film, I have the equally elementary but sufficient N65.
Nikons make me smile.
Where are your photo classes?

And, too bad about your party. My Baptist neighbors also would wet themselves if more than four people came over at a time.
spunkrockj:
Ooh, again, your equipment far surpasses my own. I've got the basic 28-80 mm f 3.3-5.6 AF anda 50 mm f/1.8 AF. I really like the wide angle, but I tend to use the other more just because it's more practical for being the official photographer of family gatherings.
For the digital, I've only got the lens it came with, 8-24mm f/2.8-4.9.
I'm not a photography student. I'm a jrn student with a lot of writing experience, so I fell into the reporting niche. I happened to take a few photo classes. I REALLY wish I'd taken more, but damn graduation is sneaking up awfully quickly.
LCC is an awesome photo school. I know a ton of photojrn folks who went there/go there. Heaven knows their program is more complete than MSU's could ever hope to be. Do you know what you want to do when you're done with all the formal class work?
spunkrockj:
Oh, yes, I'll definitely be sticking with jrn. The only jobs I'm qualified for are record store clerk and reporter, so I might as well go with the one with more variety. If you enjoy photo so much, you should stick with it.
Isn't it nice to receive advice from people you've never met in person?wink
I SHOULD join the Kzoo group. I'll make that my late night priority.
