I ran the first 7 or 8 miles...then I started walking the moderate to shitty uphills and running the flats, downhills, and slight uphills...this is how I did the rest of the race...
I did a little better than a 4:30 marathon...I was damn happy with my run time...
I had like 4 or 5 girls pass me on the bike...I felt like such a bitch...considering how few people there were behind me to begin with it is even worse...
I don't think so...I'm going to take about a year off from swimming and get some more ink...I plan on shifting back to mostly running with some biking in just for fun...my goals now are to lower my volume of workout so that I can have some more time to have a social life...I need to get laid...
I would be lying if I said that at some point in the future I would not return to the sport...I would like to better my Iron time...
