Story of the day.....................

Well.........I broke down today and finally went in to work to see the Doc I hate going to see him since I work with him every day but enough was enough

It turns out that I actually AM sick See, I end up treating so many patients who like to think they are sick but actually aren't, and I didn't wanna be one of those

So I have a chest infection, a mild ear infection, AND the flu all at once

He put me on some really yucky meds, and took me off of my ambulance rotation this weekend The only thing that made it feel not so bad was the fact that I found out that I only have to work 8 days with the EMTs and I am already done 5. The only reason why I was booked for 14 days was because that is the usual tour of work in a month and they figured that I could learn more in that amount of time. I though I was gonna get in SOOOOOO much trouble for being sick but they didn't seem to be too upset at the fact that I wasn't able to go back tomorrow. My Major even ordered me to stay in bed all weekend, and when she orders you to do somthing YOU DO IT!!

So that is that. I am sick - end of story.

For now I will live life in the fast lane and spend some quality time with my copy of:
