my dog is deathly afraid of the rain (though, it's snowing now) and is hiding in my roommates closet. she's also afraid of wet grass, but likes to swim-even going underwater. sirens, firecrackers, the word fuck (hates it more than fears it, same with fighting), thunder-pretty much any and all loud noises.
i made the best tofu pups for lunch today. damn, they're good. scary how they get the hot dog smell into something made of tofu. i don't even want to know.
i'm excited, i get to meet more sg people next week. and Jill is coming out with a couple of others from kansas...should be fun. now i just have to figure out what to make for food.
and what to do for fun, because us sxe kids are pretty boring.

i brought some cake to work and tempted brandy (a girl i work with/chocoholic) with it and she liked it! and then i told her it was vegan cake. i think she was impressed.
i think i can subsist on the cake brick for a good week.
cake's not going to last that long if i keep sharing it.
