how many credits do you have? Most I've ever taken was like 18 I think, but even that wasn't so bad cuz I took some eay ass courses like raquetball and weightlifting on top of the real ones. Good luck.
The shorter the lease the better in my opinion. The more loopholes for you to get out of stuff the less they state on paper. When do you have to move? You'll find something. I've had trouble every year finding a place but it always works out to a nice place. I've moved 9 times in the past 9 years. Good times. Good luck with that too.

I have 16 this semester. The problem is that a couple of them are so hard/so much work that I'm losing my mind! smile surreal smile

I worry about short leases because every year rent has gone to renew the lease. I want a 9 to 12 month lease so that I dont have to move during school, cause there is just no way I could do that. Honestly, I'm kind of one of those argumentative prelaw assholes and I get a bit of a kick out of fighting with landlords. I think my biggest problem is that law school tuition is a lot of money and I'm going to be short on $$$ next year so I'm just trying to find the best deal for my money and not enjoying it...

Thanks for the encouragement smile
