Hi peeps. Last week was a mixed week. My old cocatiel had to be put down. She had a birth defect i never knew about and was sneezing non stop. I took her to the vet and they advised me to have her put to sleep while she was in pain. I felt sad but also i know nothing can harm her now. I had her buried in a park i go past to get to work every morning so i go past and say hi to her as i go thru it. God bless her. Goodbye Willis xoxoxo

On a more positive note , Now my eye has healed and i can go outside i went and vistied a few friends briefly. One of them was my old Seasheperd workmate who now works at the zoo. I told him about Willis dieing and he asked me if i wanna take on one of the baby kookaburras i saw hatch 3 months ago. The mother died and he needs lots of love and has to be handfed. I told him yes sure and hes the cutest little thing.... but FUCK is he loud. Luckily he laughs rarely but he makes some really cute sounds too. One sound he makes is like Flipper the dolphin. And he purrs like a cat and hoots like an owl. He will be more blue once hes older and will adapt to human ways fast. We had thunder last night and he flew to the roof to try and fight it. He was so cute.
