Have you tried ....maxworkouts.com or P90X? Both are excellent programs. The entire workout is laid out for you and both include diet information. If you follow the program, 12 weeks later you will be amazed at the results. I've done both myself and can't say enough about them. Most of P90X you can do right at home. For maxworkouts.com you'll need certain gym equipment. Keep trying.....you'll get there!

i feel the same way, im a dancer and i have a very low body fat percentage but i weight 8 1/2 stone (im only 5ft 2), so im like wheres all this henchness im ment to have coz i cant see anything!

Just gotta keep trying to find what works I know from experience. This coming from someone with muscular dystrophy <(me) workouts work but special diets can really help.

Well it doesn't need to be a strict diet. Example I work out around 2pm so around 12-1pm I eat a meal rich in protein and any kind fruit so an hour later it should be well in my system. Protein is for the muscle development/ health and fruit for extra boost of energy.

I agree. People just don't understand how important animals are in peoples lives. They serve as protectors and more importantly as best friends. Something with so much personality and affection doesn't deserve to suffer.
