Hey everyone so I'm posting this here to make myself more accountable for my actions in the kitchen and gym, Its been so long since I've had a goal so I've just been in exercise limbo still training but no focus at all 😞 but now I've just booked in with one of my all time favourite photographers and I need to feel good so I'm not a shy mess and mess it all up 🤣 I'm not looking for that magic number on scale or in the measurements I just want to be better than I am now ☺️ workout smarter not harder 💪
Watch this space I'm going to record some of this journey (if I remember 🤣 I'm so bad with my phone I barely take anything these days 😂🤣)
