i like the tank
superflea:
The tank is awesome.

I'm sorry to read about your situation - I know how hard it is to be very far away from somebody you love, and I know how many issues it can raise.

I really hope you're okay, and if you ever for some reason need a near total stranger (who scored highly on the cool test, mind you) to chat with, then please consider me as that near total stranger.

Sending happy thoughts.
superflea:
I really should, but I don't have AIM.

(I've tried it and it scares me. I'm an MSN boy.)

I gave you top billing in the 'crush' list. That has to count for something. biggrin
superflea:
Hehe - I'll let you know if I get AIM again, and you let me know if you get hooked up with MSN, deal?

What are you into dear? And have you read Gaiman and Amano's The Dream Hunters graphic novel? It's Sandman, in case you haven't seen it yet smile

rorschach:
Do you like Ryochi Ikegami stuff? Like Crying Freeman or Sanctuary?

Sanctuary is my all time favorite manga...you know it's good when it influences your life hehe. smile

As a brief synopsis (and I will write an in-depth one later as this is my fave book, tied with Watchmen), two young Japanese boys who escape Cambodia during Pol Pot's mass murdering arrive in Japan with a unique viewpoint. Their ordeal forges them into two incredibly dynamic people and friends beyond death.

So they decide to pull Japan, just the two of them, into a new era because they are disdained by the complacency of their people. One joins the yakuza and the other joins the Diet (like Parliament in England or Congress in the US). From there, all sorts of craziness as you get to see just what they are willing to do. It's a very inspirational story, if you're into it. And Ikegami draws the guys really gorgeously too biggrin

being in a long term long distance relationship, i can totally relate to your fears. i never worry about him being unfaithful or losing interest, i just miss him alot. like you said, when we're together we're so entwined, its hard to be alone. so you defintely have my sympathy. you let me know how it goes.

on a more postiive note... you have possibly the coolest fishtank the the history of the world!
max16characters:
Where'd he go? For how long? Sorry that it's hurting...but at least you have a cool fish tank. whatever wink
max16characters:
Weird...me talking about the peace corp and you boy going to see his ex who's in the peace corp. I can see why you're so upset over it. I guess he's got his reasons...but still. I'm sure it'll all work out in the end.
zombimonkee:
Aww... sorry to hear you are so down... yeah I doubt this month will be very enjoyable for you. You better cheer up... or at least get fucked up enough to think you are happy. Heh~ so that is the completed Macquarium. Definitely looks fun. You should try feedin' the fish Vicadin, I hear they like it.
