I only ever try to be kind - but a lot of people get suspicious, think that you have an alterior motive. With me, there isn't any; I believe in the power of the Random Act Of Kindness [R.A.O.K.]. It doesn't have to be anything big, or flashy, but something that makes someone's day a bit brighter. It doesn't even have to cost anything, either - a compliment, perhaps, or something as simple as seeing someone who's obviously lost, and setting them on the right path. As simple as that.
