Lust in itself is not a bad thing. Lust from a distance is frustrating, but illuminating. When I was younger I felt the need to indulge that feeling at any cost. Now I don't the cost is too high, and like anything impulsive it often did more damage than anything else.

I look out at so many beautiful women on this site and I feel seriously terribly lustful, and I want to reach out to them. but I don't. They are all good people, with their own voyages of discovery. And I've got a hard enough time keeping up with the people who are present and need and love me already.

I believe more than ever that the women here are smart, vital, strong, awesome people, all unique, supernovas of creativity and beauty.

And I want to reach out and taste each ones fire, even be burned in the brilliance. But I don't. Lust is a funny thing.
