As i sit atop holy mount emei..... The waves crashing... I reflect upon the wudang path. I am new to the city.... its colors. Its signs. A rosetta stone left. A multitude contained within.... We lay last night. Huddled against cold. First time in three days i hsve known them that the chatter stops. Sacrament to a city of sacrifice. Lines drawn and redrawn by the hour. A fragile peace. Streets are lines on a map. I am astride many worlds. The spiritual. The mental. The physical. A student to be. A visitor. I know not what the future holds. A stolen phone returned. Kindess. Blessings on them. The mulyitude. On holy mount emei i rest. In 20 days a student offical. The underpass for shelter. Tender hands held in darknes. Flower drifts. Embers deep in darknes. My mind? Clearing. My body? Strong. Fast. But. My full body rhumatoid arthritus... My joints stiffen.... then ache. To move is pain. Stillness is pain. The damp... it is an enemy. My vehicle... my cane. My ptotection... words, cane, and body. The moment. Sublime.
