yeah, i'm all kinds of down with cristian vogel. i am not so fond of supercollider, tho to tell you the truth, i never pursued listening to them after i bought this rather terrible white label in london in '98.

OMG. Does that guy ever age? I love the angle their playing up on that show. Yes!!!! He finally gets to carry a movie!!

Crispin was here at Sundance a few years back pitching an idea he had for a movie with people with down syndrome...I can't recall if he made it.

Pattern recognition is pretty awesome... I'm just getting to the point where I feel like I know where the story is going, so I'm not terribly far into it, but I'm totally hooked. I particularly love seeing our present world through the neon-cubist filter that Gibson has brought to his more futuristic settings. Awwwwww-yeah.
freckle:
hah! "stand up and bite back" great slogan

Hi. Nice to meet you too.

I had a gig tonight at a local place. Us guys in academia who find it a bit stale decided to take it to a local club. There were a few stale things, but I did a piece on the laptop then improvised a bit with a professor of mine. He played viola through a ton of effects pedals. It was fucking brilliant. He made Jimi Hendrix seem weak (don't kill me for saying that, anyone).

Right, that's right about that Crispin film. He was scouting for talent. I'm sure the audience was a bit baffled.
