Ha! The day before I leave the site I find another person with a skinnypuppy logo tattoo...I'm collecting you folks. Never had the guts as a teenager to commit to the band...but I worked for a snooty goldsmith whose trademark was so close to being the SP logo it wasn't funny. Of course she had no fucking clue, even though she's only in her mid-30's and for an artist she must have been hiding under a rock in the 80's to not know that band...and she's even canadian goddamn it! She should know that stuff!

i'm attempting to carve up this HOMEADE (deermeat) sausage that my aunt and uncle from the upper peninnsula of Michigan gave to me....it was pretty gross, wrapped in this weird ace-bandage-like stuff...we obviously ate it all anyways.
at that point in the picture, it looks like a bloody limb or something..
psuedome-i am going home this weekend and there is a chance i might see the meat-providing relatives i was speaking of...........maybe i'll come back with something interesting to eat again.

Hey, I ended up gong to Encore and Zingerman's! Encore is a freakin' vinyl paradise. And I kind of went crazy at Zingerman's buying cheese and sausage to bring back. So thanks for the Ann Arbor thoughts--it made my day a bit more fun. And, btw what inspired the first line of your journal entry above?
