dizzy:
I'm gonna have to check that out in the comfort of my own home. I've got a feeling that will draw a lot of attention in the office.
d_day:
Beleriand you say? You didn't stumble into the realm of the spiders did you?
_bossanova_:
Hope all is well soon.kiss

I need anything amazing want to send me. I have to stop listening to Fleet Foxes and Animal Collective or I will eventually hate them. Maybe.
melladoree:
I hate how myspace never wants to load, I would say it is a firefox thing but I think it does it on safari too... And apparently I do not have adobe flash, huh, good to know. Well I will listen later since I am mid school work and do not want to close my browser!

oh yeah

HI!

kiss
waltodim:
well it's probably both the worst and the best. worst because well it's god awful. the best because i now know hip hop is truly dead, and can now move on.
toothpickmoe:
That link says myspace. No clicky for me.
toothpickmoe:
Yeah, and not for the better.

Thanks, man. She's pretty awesome.
melladoree:
Ha! Yeah I had a horrible Christmas experiences and then came back to cry on shoulders. xox
toothpickmoe:
I'm here to help. What would you say are your top 5 web comics right now? Here's mine, not necessarily in order:
1. Questionable Content
2. Goblins: Life Through Their Eyes
3. The Order Of The Stick
4. Menage a 3
5. Out There
Of course I read many, many others and that top five can change quite a bit, but that's for the moment.

I've never really used myspazz. Go figure.
toothpickmoe:
I use SG and Facebook only. I was wary of FB at first as well, but it's much more insular than myspace and you can pick and choose who you interact with in a way that I quite enjoy.

Ooh!
1. Tried PG, couldn't get into the format of the site. Sad, really, I hear great things. It's still on my list.
2. I read several hundred of GG and then he changed his server and I totally lost my place. Put me off of it for about a year, but I just added it to my morning roll. All his work is so good. Have you read and of his...raunchier stuff?
3. Never heard of it. Hmmmm.
4. Just found this. The title puts me off a bit, but what I've seen I like.
5. I keep trying to start at the beginning of this and it just never works. Every current work I see I absolutely adore, though. Obviously very talented.

Achewood is a long-termer for me. I started reading it so late, I'm still catching up. Which I love, of course.

Funnily, I have a whole different line of comics I read exclusively at work.
theonetheonlydc:
Fuck you... I love you.. but .. but.. Fuck you
theonetheonlydc:
How the fuck you been man?
melladoree:
hi
melladoree:
yes. she has horrible allergies and chronic upper respiratory disease. She is stuffy and I am trying everything since she basically sounds like an old man with emphysema
melladoree:
It truly hurts my soul!
pygmy:
hey. what's new? cooked anything awesome recently? watched anything amazing? single-handedly conquered the pine beetle problem? ridden any elephants? narrowly averted death? eaten a tuna sandwich?
pygmy:
you didn't answer about the tuna sandwich. but i forgive you.

what would you do differently with your do-over?

wait wait. are you fermenting your own miso? i had a friend who did that in tennessee. he wrote a book- wild fermentation. i recommend it, i think you'd dig it. anyways, am sensitive to msg but it's gotten much less severe over the past year. i guess just because i've been more and more exposed to it, it's upped my tolerance or something.

cool that you're learning guitar. it's definitely one of the easier instruments, you're right. it's one of those ones you can pick one up and play around for a few minutes and not sound entirely horrible, like you would with, for example... a tuba. have you learned to play any other instruments before?

yeah, still in china until may. then i will go home, live in a dirt shelter, trap and gather my ow food for 3 months. then, ecuador!

as far as food.. i've been kind of lazy about cooking lately. lack of availability of certain things has left me a bit uninspired. when i'm home, i just cook simple comfort foods lately i guess.. i'm also limited by a lack of oven. lots of mashed potatoes, pasta, soups, stews, curries.. it's impossible to get good beef here.. a typical meal is something like chicken medallions with dijon sauce, mashed potatoes with green onions, and some vegetable, like sauteed green beans or a salad. simple but good.
_bossanova_:
Come back!kiss

I'm going to see Uffie next weekend at the most hipster of venues, Brooklyn Bowl. I think the fact I just posted it here made it less cool somehow.
wildswan:
Turin!
d_day:
Again?
d_day:
Not at all. Glad to see you actually. Now find me on the faceboox before one or both of us is gone forever from this place.
