Yeah, I have a hard time reconciling the reason we're celibrating with my family's pure, unadulterated joy of the season. They love it so much, I usually just pretend it's Christmas and we're celibrating Christian-kind's unquestioned dominance of the Western World. Shit.

I like an intellectual debate as much as the next guy but I think a lot of times people just end up trying to prove that one or the other one is a complete mental midget on these boards. Too many posts are just lists of what other people said followed by things like "Graduate the second grade and then reread my post" and ending with some bitter, sarcastic remark about how the poster is just a retard in general.
