It's not my favorite game, but I've been playing through Super Mario 3 on my computer. It has to be one of the greatest of all time.

Right now I'm about to beat Final Fantasy X-2.

My favorite game is any of the Mario Bros. 1-3. Yes, even 2. It was a bit weird, with the vegetables and all, but I have yet to conquer it (partly because I haven't seen a copy in years).
