some days it feels like i dont do anything at work. i cant say for sure that i did anything of use from 12:00 to 6:00. i tried to, but there just wasnt anything going on. well, at least from 12 to 1 i have an excuse, and here it is: we were having a rep come and show one some of the new products from one of their manufactures. the rep showed up with lunch, but the manufacturer got lost. since the boss was out of the office, everyone just kind of hang out and chewed the fat while waiting. its a good thing that the rep is super cool. she brought us all RedBull and frappacinos to drink. the office was pretty wired after that. but from "lunch" until i left, i dont think i did anything of any importance. oh well, ill just chalk it up to being the intern. For the record, i would much rather have work too much work than not enough. hopefully tomorrow will be different.

Got out to Ameoba today. My newest cds are (in no particular order): Tom Waits: Bone Machine; Iron and Wine: Our Endless Numbered Days; and The Wrens: Meadowlands. Im thinking the last two will be good for work: nice and relaxing.

Pitchforkmedia announced two upcomming CD releases that i got excited about: 10th anniversary of Croocked Rain, Crooked Rain and a rerelease of Pretty Girls Make Graves album with an EP of theirs at the end. Ahh, the money ways for me to spend money!
