It depends. If it creates such an uncomfortable work environment that you have to quit, you have a good case, even if you've already left the job. I'm just going to tell the lawyers the whole story and see what they think. If they think I have a case I'm willing to fight, but if not, hey, you're right, and I'm better off with a new job.
