I was using the patches - daytime only ones...the 24 hour patches fucked with my head at night...wicked vivid dreams that woke me up every time haha.
I was a heavy smoker and found the patches to be heaps cheaper than actually smoking..
I no doubt did it wrong but I found after a couple of weeks I was forgetting to put the patches on and getting through the days no trouble...so I just stopped wearing them.
I still sort of want a smoke, but I smell smoke out in the street and it irritates me...think it must be like when amputees feel an itch where their limbs used to be...My desire to not smoke is stronger than the cravings, which will always be the trick to throwing the fuckers away.
