Hello Hello Hello! I love Griffith Observatory - Its such a magical place. I went there with my friend Reality who is a hypnotist and called all children babies even if they were like 5 (he went up to a little chinese girl at the observatory and said "hello baby!" and waved) it was both annoying (potentially demeaning for the child) and charming. That's my story. HELLO!

now i've got to go to sleep. a little drunk from a friend's birthday dinner, a lot full, and a whole day of work ahead of me. rarrr.
to answer someone's question: torque is in reference to my college nickname, torque queen, which was related to a particular section of physics 100 i was having trouble with. (i was a science geek before i became a word geek. actually, i guess i'm still both.)
and one more thing. i was outed today. meaning i lost my ever-so-coveted, though very short-lived, anonymity on this site. a wonderful new friend read my profile and so perceptively figured out it was me. (i don't think i made it very hard, but still ... ) so my ambivalence has been challenged and i'm still here.
Anonymity on this site is such a strange thing. You would assume that no one would see you have an account, but if your the kind of person who would pay for this site, then you probably know others who would have similar interests. I am still coveting my anonymity because mine is worth money, but I have faith that those who would use this against me would not come here. Maybe this is sort of idealistic.
