I was having the same problem uploading videos. They kept saying to "log out, clear my cache, log back in" which never worked. I finally just gave up. Then randomly I tried it again last week, and it worked.
So I don't have any actual advice on that front, but at least you let them know about it so hopefully they'll figure it out and get it fixed for you!

It's not as noticeable to me in your sets, but the modeling pictures (and some set photos) have a sense of pouting in a sad way, sometimes almost a stunned look. Not quite a good description of where "hurt" comes from...maybe it's refusal to show emotions because you've been hurt.

Remember, this discussion isn't about your modeling, etc., but about MY emotional response, which could be affected by a number of factors unrelated to photos of you.

I will say the first time I felt that "hurt" was after reading the story you told of your earlier life. It was an "ahha" moment where I thought now I understand that look on her face.

So...Item 1 above is questionable, but Items 2 through 5 apply to you in spades.

They are pretty much healed, besides the typical jewelry-crusties that need to be cleaned here and there. This was surprisingly an even better heal than my bellybutton! And I love how they look.
