Its a 2 bedroom 2 bath in East Orlando. Pretty nice place, Family type of environment. I live on the third floor and the living room is "mostly furnished." I am clean and easy too get along with. I don't have people over often, if ever.
By "East Orlando" I'm guessing you mean by U.C.F.? I was hoping to stay in the downtown area. I have to be kind of picky about that since I don't drive and I have to make sure that I can get to work easily. Besides... I just really like downtown! Ah, well, good luck with the roommate search.
